Up in an Upside-down World WHY? … Many people are getting caught in a “stress spiral” without even realizing it. Here’s how it works … Stress starts in your mind with how you think about an issue. If you think negative, you feel stressed. What most people don’t know is every time their negative thinking triggers stress, they also deplete their bodies natural “good mood fluid” serotonin. This ends up lowering their mood and influencing them to think even more negative. This back and forth process is what Darren calls a “stress spiral”. It leaves people feeling stressed-out and overdone until they finally do something about it. In Darren Lang’s session, you’ll discover two under-the-radar techniques that attack stress where it starts and help you avoid the dreaded “stress spiral”. The first tool helps you shift the way you think. It’s a simple tool that you can use immediately to help reduce or even avoid being stressed all together.
